When depression begins to affect your daily life it can feel overwhelming.

You’re Getting Through the Day — But You Don’t Feel Like Yourself Anymore

You’re still going to work. Handling responsibilities. Taking care of the people who depend on you.

From the outside, you may seem fine.

But inside, everything feels harder than it used to.

You’re tired. Unmotivated. Disconnected. Maybe you’ve stopped enjoying things you once looked forward to.

Functioning and feeling well aren’t the same thing.

Therapy can help you understand what’s keeping you stuck, feel more emotionally steady, and start moving forward so you can enjoy life again.

WHEN GETTING THROUGH THE DAY ISN’T ENOUGH.

Maybe nothing is completely falling apart. But something has changed.

You may notice:

  • Things you used to enjoy don't feel the same

  • You're tired even when you've had enough rest

  • Motivation and concentration are harder

  • You're withdrawing from people you care about

  • Work takes more effort than it should

  • You feel irritable, numb, discouraged, or stuck

  • You're going through the motions instead of really living

But functioning and feeling well aren't the same thing.

There’s no commitment to schedule therapy.

I personally respond to new-client inquiries within one business day.

Together, We’ll Work Toward

THERAPY CAN HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY FORWARD

Depression can make life feel smaller. Therapy creates a place to understand what's happening and begin changing the patterns that keep you stuck.

Together, we can work on:

  • Understanding what's underneath the depression

  • Breaking negative and self-defeating thought patterns

  • Rebuilding motivation and emotional energy

  • Developing healthier ways to manage stress

  • Improving relationships and communication

  • Reconnecting with meaning, purpose, and enjoyment

  • Creating practical changes that carry into everyday life

The goal isn't to become a different person.

It's to help you feel present in your own life again.

Hi, I’m Suzanne

For more than 25 years, I've helped adults work through depression, anxiety, stress, grief, work and relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy while tailoring our work to the individual—not forcing everyone into the same approach.

My practice is intentionally private pay, allowing us to focus on your goals and the work that's most meaningful to you.
