Burnout & Stress Therapy in Simpsonville & Greenville, SC

When depression starts to affect your daily life, it can feel overwhelming

Maybe nothing is completely falling apart. But something has changed. In person in Five Forks or by telehealth anywhere in South Carolina.

I personally respond within one business day.

When getting through the day isn’t enough

You may notice:

  • Things you used to enjoy don’t feel the same

  • You’re tired even when you’ve had enough rest

  • You’re withdrawing from people you care about

  • Work takes more effort than it should

  • You feel irritable, numb, discouraged, or stuck

  • You’re going through the motions instead of really living

But functioning and feeling well aren’t the same thing.

Therapy can help you find your way forward

Depression can make life feel smaller. Therapy creates a place to understand what’s happening and start changing the patterns that keep you stuck.

The goal isn’t to become a different person. It’s to help you feel present in your own life again.

Together, we can work on:

  • Understanding what’s underneath the depression

  • Breaking negative and self-defeating thought patterns

  • Rebuilding motivation and emotional energy

  • Developing healthier ways to manage stress

  • Improving relationships and communication

  • Reconnecting with meaning, purpose, and enjoyment

  • Creating practical changes that carry into everyday life
